DMCA Copyright Policy

5. Counter-Notification Procedure

• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court located in your district or where ClaimVoiceSearch™ operates
• Your physical or electronic signature

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

ClaimVoiceSearch™ reserves the right to terminate accounts or restrict access for users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.

Determinations regarding repeat infringement may be made at our discretion based on available information.

7. Misrepresentation

Any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability under applicable law, including damages, costs, and attorney’s fees.

8. Third-Party Content

The ClaimVoiceSearch™ platform may reference publicly available data sources, business listings, or third-party content. Such content may remain the property of its respective owners.

ClaimVoiceSearch™ does not claim ownership over third-party intellectual property referenced through the platform.
